Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Growth plan customers get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You'll have access to the full platform including B2B and B2C functionality. At the end of the trial, choose to subscribe or export your data — no lock-in.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle, and you keep access to current plan features until then.
Are there transaction fees on top of the subscription?
B2 charges no platform transaction fees. Stripe's standard processing fees (1.4% + 20p for European cards) apply when using our integrated checkout. If you bring your own payment processor, no additional fees are charged.
What does migration support include?
Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding engineer for up to 8 weeks. They'll work with you to import your product catalogue, historical orders, customer records, and configure integrations with your existing tools. Growth customers get guided self-service migration with template import files and live chat support.
Is my data secure and GDPR-compliant?
All data is stored in UK-based Azure datacentres. B2 is GDPR-compliant and maintains a full data processing agreement (DPA) available on request. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We perform daily backups with 30-day retention and offer point-in-time recovery on Enterprise plans.
